Rowing is one of the best forms of exercise with its unique ability to work 87% of your body's muscles. The major muscles in your legs, arms, back and core all must activate, providing a total body workout without any pounding. This will increase your body strength as well as your cardiovascular capacity. While rowing in a boat is very enjoyable, rowing indoors is a little less exciting. ERGAlong is a great way to bring entertainment to rowing indoors. Just set up a mobile device or computer so you can see it as you row. Start a video and either match strokes with us, or row at your own pace and enjoy the experience as you row. Turn the sound up to experience the sounds of the boat, or turn it down and listen to what you enjoy. The rows range in length from 20 to 40 minutes, and you can choose the intensity of your session. Let yourself enjoy the rows as much as we did while staying safe, staying well, and exercising for life!!
